The dragon guarded his cave as Ben the cow watched. Ben wondered what was in the cave.
The dragon was at least half a building high, and he was big and neon yellow. He had a sharp snout and fifteen horns all over the top of his head like spiky hair. His wings were super scaly with pointy edges, and he had the tail of an ankylosaurus.
Ben thought the dragon could be very slimy to the touch, and his horns would feel like an infinite amount of bones. The dragon smelled as if he’d been sprayed all over with lavender cologne. Super yuck! Every step the dragon took sounded like a volcano erupting. Since the dragon paced back and forth in front of the cave, that was a lot of erupting volcanoes.
From within the cave, someone sang a very loud and annoying song that had lyrics about a dragon. Who was singing?
The dragon was eating something crunchy from a bag. Ben thought he had seen such a thing before. He thought they might be called chips. They looked like they could be bitter. Yum. He would like to try them. First he needed to find out what was in the cave.
He turned to the zombie vampire troop leader who stood next to him. He gave him a big kiss which told the zombie leader to send his troop into the cave and pour a bucket of holy water over whatever the dragon guarded. That would teleport the item to Ben.
The zombie vampire troop marched to the cave, but the dragon knocked over their holy water, spilling it all over the troop. They all turned to ashes.
Using an invisibility potion, Ben attempted to sneak into the cave by himself. It worked. He snuck inside the cave. When his eyes adjusted to the dark, he saw a juicy-looking double bacon cheeseburger. It was obviously magic because it was floating around in the air. He knew it was called a giant, flying double bacon cheeseburger because he had seen a picture on a building as he came here. He wondered what it was made of. It looked so yummy.
Maybe it was made of grass. He was really hungry. Maybe he could eat it! Then it swirled around. Something about the backside reminded him of his dead mother.
Her head was hanging from the magic burger! Arrgghhh! Moooo!
“Hi!” said his dead mother. Being magical, she must be able to see him.
The cow turned tail and ran out of the cave screaming, MOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!! As he ran, he saw his legs reappear. Oh no! The invisibility potion had worn off! He stumbled, tripped, and fell into a ditch.
The magic cheeseburger dived in after him and fell on him. It transported him home. They saw the dragon following in the distance. Ben couldn’t stop shaking . He was so scared, not just because of the dragon, but because of his dead mother who was now a burger.
He looked down and saw that his legs had disappeared. Oh no! how did that happen? What had his mother done?! Was he now part of the magic cheeseburger? Or was the invisibility potion working again?
